2. Products & Availability
All cricket bats, helmets, balls, pads and accessories listed are subject to availability. Willow grain patterns, weight and finish may vary slightly from product photographs as each bat is a natural product. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product listing without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Orders placed through WhatsApp are confirmed only after payment verification by MNS Cricket World.
4. Orders & Confirmation
An order is treated as confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing on WhatsApp or by email. We may cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund of any amount received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines shared at the time of order are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of MNS Cricket World. Please inspect the package at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.
6. Warranty
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs and the original invoice, and are assessed case by case. Cricket bats damaged due to improper knocking-in, use of cheap or wet balls, yorker damage, edge cracks from mistimed shots, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Customised or personalised items are not covered.
7. Care & Use of Equipment
Bats require correct knocking-in and oiling before match use. Protective equipment must be used as intended and replaced after any significant impact. MNS Cricket World is not liable for injury resulting from misuse, poor fit, or continued use of damaged equipment.
8. Intellectual Property
The MNS Cricket World name, logo, product photography, and website content are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
